Isaiah 24, The End Prophesied
The Burning — Real, Not Just Metaphor
This isn’t just “spiritual fire.”
It’s literal.
Solar flares.
Atmospheric collapse.
Unbearable heat.
"And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun..."
(Revelation 16:8–9)
Men scorched.
Not softened.
But hardened.
"...and they blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues."
Heat reveals the heart.
Like a furnace.
And what comes out?
Blasphemy.
Pride.
Murder.
Despair.
Just like in the days of Noah.
As It Was Then, So It Is Now
"Every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually."
(Genesis 6:5)
"The earth was filled with violence."
(Genesis 6:11)
It’s all happening again.
Sexual perversion.
Bloodlust.
Mockery of God.
Celebration of death.
Jesus said:
“As it was in the days of Noah, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.”
(Matthew 24:37)
We’re not waiting for judgment.
We’re in it.
The beginning of sorrows.
The Antichrist Rises
Crisis will welcome him.
He’ll offer unity.
Peace.
Sustainability.
Solutions.
But without God.
Godless peace.
Godless “green.”
Godless order.
“By peace shall destroy many.”
(Daniel 8:25)
He will have charisma.
He will promise safety.
He will demand worship.
The Mark of Allegiance
“He causeth all... to receive a mark...”
(Revelation 13:16–17)
It’s not just tech.
It’s allegiance.
Worship.
Loyalty.
Like Nazi Germany.
Tattooed arms.
Forced identification.
Persecution of Jews.
Control of buying and selling.
Same spirit.
More sophisticated.
Still Satanic.
A Familiar Fascination
Why can’t the world let go of the Nazis?
Because the same spirit of antichrist
Still walks among us.
Preparing hearts.
Normalizing tyranny.
Conditioning minds.
What Hitler did to the Jews,
The Beast will do to the Church.
And to Israel again.
Not in camps.
In systems.
In control.
In cancel culture.
In legislation.
In blood.
The Heat Will Reveal the Heart
As the world burns,
Men will rage.
Turn on one another.
Loot, kill, betray.
Society collapses.
And the worst in man is seen.
The tribulation isn’t coming.
It’s beginning.
And many Christians?
Blind.
Mocking.
Scoffing.
“Where is the promise of His coming?”
(2 Peter 3:4)
They spiritualize judgment.
They deny the shaking.
They cozy up to Pharaoh.
We Must Be Able to Withstand
There is no place for weak faith.
“He that shall endure to the end shall be saved.”
(Matthew 24:13)
“Here is the patience of the saints...”
(Revelation 14:12)
Endurance is the call.
Build on the Rock.
Wear the armor.
Count the cost.
Prepare for fire.
This is the time for
Watchmen.
Wilderness prophets.
Unshakable saints.
The Remnant Will Stand
Like Noah.
Like Daniel.
Like the 3 in the furnace.
“When thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned...”
(Isaiah 43:2)
We may not escape the flames.
But we walk with One like the Son of Man
In the midst of them.
He preserves.
He purifies.
Victory Is Coming
Yes, Antichrist will rise.
Yes, persecution will increase.
Yes, the earth will burn.
But yes —
Christ returns.
“I saw a new heaven and a new earth...”
(Revelation 21:1)
“The armies which were in heaven followed Him...”
(Revelation 19:14)
Jesus wins.
Truth wins.
Righteousness reigns.
Be Found Faithful
“Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.”
(Matthew 24:46)
Don’t fall asleep.
Don’t sell out.
Don’t give in.
Be holy.
Be bold.
Be ready.
Final Word
“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony...”
(Revelation 12:11)
That’s how we win.
By Christ.
By truth.
By not loving our lives unto death.
This is our time.
Let the heat come.
We will not bow.
We will not burn.
We will stand.
Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
Amen.
