Jesus, A Sinless Savior

Lesson 5: The Sinless Savior — No Stain, No Substitutes
No Sin = Our Only Hope
“He committed no sin.” — 1 Peter 2:22
“In Him there is no sin.” — 1 John 3:5
If Jesus sinned, He couldn’t save.
No sin?
No salvation.
What the Church Now Thinks
A shocking number of Christians
believe Jesus may have sinned.
Some say:
“Well, He was human, wasn’t He?”
Yes — fully human.
But also fully God.
Tempted in every way — yet without sin. (Hebrews 4:15)
Why This Doctrine Matters
If Jesus had sinned:
He’d need a Savior too.
The cross would be worthless.
His blood would be common.
His resurrection would mean nothing.
Only a Perfect Lamb Will Do
“Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” — John 1:29
Israel didn’t sacrifice blemished lambs.
Neither did God.
Jesus was the spotless One.
Satan Tried. Jesus Didn’t Budge.
In the wilderness.
In the garden.
On the cross.
Satan threw everything he had.
Jesus stood.
Without fault.
Without failure.
Culture Loves a Flawed Jesus
A Jesus who “messed up sometimes”
is easier to relate to.
More human.
Less holy.
But a flawed Jesus
can’t take away your sin.
Only add to it.
Churches Softening the Edges
“Maybe He didn’t know everything.”
“Maybe He struggled like us.”
“Maybe He fell short here and there.”
Maybe they don’t know Scripture.
If Christ Isn’t Sinless…
You are still in your sin.
The cross was just a tragedy.
Faith is foolish.
Hell still awaits.
The Bible Is Crystal Clear
“Holy, innocent, unstained, separated from sinners…” — Hebrews 7:26
“He knew no sin…” — 2 Corinthians 5:21
He lived perfectly.
To die sacrificially.
To save completely.
Sinlessness Wasn’t Easy
He obeyed
every law,
every time,
under pressure
you and I would fold under.
He walked the road
none of us could.
His Sinlessness Secures Your Salvation
He took your guilt.
You get His righteousness.
That’s the trade.
No perfection?
No righteousness to give.
This Truth Cannot Be Optional
You deny His sinlessness,
you deny His identity.
You deny His identity,
you deny your salvation.
What the Church Must Preach Again
Jesus never sinned.
Not in word.
Not in thought.
Not in deed.
Ever.
Sinless. Spotless. Supreme.
The only Man who never failed.
The only blood pure enough to save.
“This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.” — Matthew 3:17
Summary
The perfect life of Jesus is essential to the Gospel.
A flawed Christ is a false Christ.
His righteousness is our only hope.
He never sinned — so He could bear all of ours.
